CRETE-AWAY™ is designed to help avoid the damaging effects of sandblasting, bush-hammering and jack-hammering hardened concrete from equipment.
BENEFITS:

- Reduces labor costs and equipment damage normally associated with removing built up, hardened
- Prevents damage to equipment caused by physica removal such as sandblasting or hammering.

- Will not harm most painted metal surfaces (i.e. automobiles).
- Dissolves concrete and mortar on tools, equipment and forms.
- Safely etches concrete floors.
APPLICATION
Brush or spray apply ready-to-use CRETE-AWAY™ to the hardened concrete surface or mortar to be removed at approximately 75 ft2 /gal. (1.8 m2 /gal.) If possible, immersion is the best application method. A light foaming action will occur. Allow to soak and agitate. After the concrete has softened, apply an additional application and allow this to remain on the surface for approximately 10 minutes. Remove concrete with a scraper.
If additional concrete remains, subsequent applications may be necessary. The final application may be removed by power washing. Concrete build up of more than 1/4” (6 mm) may require multiple applications. If treated concrete resets prior to removal, apply additional CRETE-AWAY™ to re-soften. Leave the fresh application on for 10-15 minutes, then remove softened concrete as stated above.
