At the Branch
Before your equipment is rented, The Duke Company team conducts comprehensive safety checks to ensure the rental equipment performs correctly and safely. Furthermore, we disinfect the rental equipment using US EPA-approved disinfectants and adhere to the manufacturers’ recommendations on to spray and/or wipe commonly touched surfaces including operating controls (e.g. steering wheel, operating controls), handles, knobs, seats and seat belts.
For your convenience, safety and to better serve you:
- Customers will be asked to place their order over the phone or remain outside while we assemble your needs.
- Customers that absolutely need to enter our showroom will be instructed to remain 6 feet from the counter.
- Customers that are picking up materials in the warehouse will be instructed to remain in their vehicle.
- Customers that are dropping off or picking up equipment are asked to remain outside and maintain 6 feet of distance from our employees.
- Payment will be handled verbally.
At Your Job Site
If we are delivering rental equipment or building supplies to you at your job site, The Duke Company drivers now perform additional disinfectant at the time of delivery.
For your convenience, safety and to better serve you:
- We will continue deliveries to your job site. Our drivers will be instructed to record the receivers name on the delivery receipt.
- In the event our driver conducts a delivery without your attendance, a photo of the delivery will be taken and forwarded to the name on the contract or delivery slip.
