Upstate NY Weather is reporting that ‘Major Winter Storms Impacts Entire Region With Periods of Snow and Bitter Cold‘. Notably, “Total snow accumulations by tonight should fall in the 8 to 14 inch range, with locally higher amounts possible in the elevated terrain areas and slightly lower amounts possible across far northern areas. Significant impacts to travel are expected with snow covered and slippery roads today and unnecessary travel is not advised”.
