Conpro Top Coat is a highly regarded protective coating for horizontal concrete surfaces. This two-component product is cement-based and is ideal for finishing and waterproofing high-traffic areas. The product is recommended for a wide range of surfaces, except parking garage decks.

- The Conpro Top Coat kit consists of a powder (50 pounds) and Conpro Top Coad admixture (1 gallon).
Professionals apply two, 60 minute applications for ideal waterproofing. It is recommended to wait for the first coat to dry, before applying the second coat. Additionally, for slick surfaces, use a broom finish to provide additional traction.
