For example, we recently received a question via our quick quote portal regarding Symons Steel-Ply Panels | Specialty Concrete Forms. In addition to carrying  Symons Steel-Ply | Specialty Concrete Forms, we also carry a variety Symons ties:

• Symons base tie bolts: they serve the important role of securing a tie to an endrail or siderail.  Additional use scenarios include the situation where a panel fronts an vertical surface.
• Threaded Ties: they provide exceptional adjustment benefits for torn up walls.  Their threaded design characteristics enable exceptional strength by employing the maximum diameter thread that is possible.  Used in conjunction with the Symons standard wire tie.
• X Flat Ties: We carry the entire line of X-Flat ties for Symons Steel Ply forms that are put to use for residential foundations in cases where the 1 inch standard breakback is not used. The end of the tie is constructed to extend out from the back of the form, for easy inspection of where the tie is located.
• S Panel Ties: The unique S-Base Tie design are characterized by an loop that is turned up and at each end.  Professional contractors insert wedge bolts through the loop end which enables them to tie down the tie and panel.  S Base Ties are most commonly used for retaining walls or other existing walls.

Helpful Specialty Form Rental & Purchase Information:

Bulkhead Forms & Keyway Forms:  available in a range of lengths including 3 foot, 4 foot, 5 foot, 6 foot and 8 foot.  Notably, when adjoined to bulkhead bars, these forms result in a keyway and buttress the waterstop into the right place.  In addition, the bulkhead bars are rented and purchased by professionals to form bulkheads in wall structures from 4 inches to 24 inches wide.

Haunch Forms – Rental or Purchase: 

our Steel-Ply brackets, enable for rental or purchase, enable secure set-up of both haunches and corbets, and do not require additional support from lumber.  The haunch brackets are specifically designed to support 3/4 inch planks of plywood.

Pilasters: 

Creating architectural columns is a straight-forward and efficient process by renting or buying the Duke Company’s Steel-Ply  panels and corners (Inside and Outside).  Pilaster’s are adjustable and available in 1 inch to 12 inch forms.

Culvert Forms

Available for rent from the Duke Company, our CAD team can assist you in selecting the culvert forms for you project.  Available in 3 foot, 4 foot, 6 foot and 8 foot lengths, culvert forms are available in 6 inch, 9 inch and 12 inch widths.
