CHANGES TO HELP PROTECT YOU & OUR TEAM MEMBERS

To Our Valued Customers, Vendors & Visitors:
Over the past 15+ years you’ve come into our facilities buying and renting products to keep your projects running safely and smoothly. The Duke Company wants you to know that, along with our team members, your health and safety has always been at the forefront and will continue to be so. Due to the current situation with the spread of the CoronaVirus (COVID19) we have implemented several changes to help protect you and our team members.
Starting Monday, March 16, 2020
Customers:
- For your convenience, safety and to better serve you:
- Customers will be asked to place their order over the phone or remain outside while we assemble your needs.
- Customers that absolutely need to enter our showroom will be instructed to remain 6 feet from the counter.
- Customers that are picking up materials in the warehouse will be instructed to remain in their vehicle.
- Customers that are dropping off or picking up equipment are asked to remain outside and maintain 6 feet of distance from our employees.
- Payment will be handled verbally.
Deliveries:
- For your convenience, safety and to better serve you:
- We will continue deliveries to your job site. Our drivers will be instructed to record the receivers name on the delivery receipt.
- In the event our driver conducts a delivery without your attendance, a photo of the delivery will be taken and forwarded to the name on the contract or delivery slip.
Vendors:
- Vendors are required to schedule all visits prior to entering The Duke Company properties.
We wish to thank you for your patience and understanding as we do our part in limiting the spread of this contagion and protecting our most valuable assets – our customers, vendors, visitors and team members. We are committed to persevering together!
